Dr. Rosenbaum is a board-certified neurosurgeon specializing in craniocervical and atlantoaxial instability. He practices at Metropolitan Neurosurgery Group and NBJI, where he’s delivered advanced care for patients with connective tissue disorders for over seven years.
He has developed surgical techniques that improve CSF flow and reduce brainstem compression, with work published in top journals and presented globally. Beyond the OR, Dr. Rosenbaum is an innovator and entrepreneur. He holds multiple patents and leads RojostDe Corp. Consulting, advising on product development, patient safety, and medicolegal strategy. He also serves as vice-chair of the Board of Directors at Parker University.
